If for any reason you're not completely satisfied with your reading, write to me at valeria@destinosvaleria.store and I'll personally review your case to make it right.

Order changes and cancellations

Since I start working on readings shortly after each order, please write to me within 2 hours of your purchase if you'd like to change your order.

If you cancel before receiving your reading — including if a duplicate order was created by mistake — I'll be happy to issue you store credit for the full amount, for a future reading whenever you're ready. The credit never expires.

Follow-up readings

The "Buy 3 Readings" and "Buy 5 Readings" packages include 2 and 4 free follow-up readings, so you can keep telling me how your situation evolves. You request them with the personal code you receive by email, from the Follow-Up Reading page, using the same email as your order. Each code is valid for 28 days.

Subscription

If you chose monthly readings, your package renews automatically every 28 days so I can keep guiding you on your path. You can cancel at any time from your customer portal or by writing to me. Cancellation takes effect before the next charge.

Refunds

Please note that I offer a personalized, digital service, not a physical product. For that reason, all completed and delivered readings are non-refundable, including those from renewals already charged. By purchasing, you agree that your reading starts being prepared immediately, as detailed in my Terms of Service.

If you have any question about a charge, please write to me before contacting your bank: I'll resolve it with you within 24–48 hours.
